- All items will be priced for "cash & carry” -We accept Cash & Credit Card with purchases over $20, a 5% fee will be applied. -Absolutely NO PRESALES. Doors open at 7 AM on SALE DAY. -You May Line Up: Due to Social Distancing Restrictions, we will be treating this sale as two separate sales in one. Please line up at the garage to access the garage items. Please line up at the side porch to access to home and attached garage. -Absolutely NO HOLDS -We do not disclose pricing prior to sale. -Large Items: Large Items and Items that are difficult to retrieve will have a large price tag taped to them. We are happy to assist you with large items. We encourage you to bring SOLD TAGS- -All Sales Are Final -Holding area: We will provide a holding area. If you choose to leave items in the holding area, you are leaving them AT YOUR OWN RISK. We will not be held responsible for items left in the holding area.
