Covid/Pandemic operations: We will be allowing 30 minutes Max per person unless your pile is adding up because you are actually shopping, please keep in mind this is not a museum, and it’s not just something to do because there is nothing else and there will be limited entry and people who want to spend good money are not going to be waiting for people that want to waste our time and theirs.  Please be respectful in this reguard and be prepared to be asked to leave if you are not actually shopping and just looking around for a long period of time. We understand that this pandemic has caused a lot of stress on people,  but upon entering this home, you will be kind and respectful or you will be asked to leave. We have no tolerance for people who are on edge and ready to snap or lash out because this has been hard on everyone We have a zero tolerance policy for any non sense and will not be subjected to verbal abuse by anyone, we don’t have to be open and are risking our health to bring you this amazing sale. If these things don’t apply to you, I apologize and we look forward to seeing you for a fun sale as you will enjoy it if you are a collector/vintage lover. 
PRICING:This home is jam packed with amazing collectible toys that are rare and desirable . We have done our due diligence in researching and learning the rarity and value of the entire collection. due to quantity it will be impossible to price every single item. We ask that just because you find something with out a price tag you understand it’s value could range from 1.00-100.00. We are doing everything in our power to price everything. Please expect standard estate sale prices on all items marked or unmarked, as always we are open to fair offers on all days of our sale. If something is priced high and you can show me I will reduce the price as it is also impossible to price 5 billion items at the exact resale/estate sale price that will be fair and make everyone happy.  Some items are more rare than others and we do our best to be fair to all. We ask that you build your pile and then check out. Unless you are giving a  rediculous low ball offer, or you think we will be worlds apart on pricing, please double check on price before putting item in your SOLD pile  there is no hoarding items and then putting them back. we know all the tricks and are not tolerating ANY during this pandemic.
