SLT Estate Sales is hosting 3 great estate sales in the next 3 weeks! The first is this Friday, August 29th at 8AM – we are selling the contents of a 6 room condo at Bryant Woods in Atkinson, NH. All items are clean and in excellent condition. The furniture includes an antique Art Nouveau carved settee with matching chair, and a c1900 writing desk with more pretty carving. There are vintage end tables and coffee tables and a pretty sofa/console table as well. There are Rock Maple Easy chairs, ottomans, and a really cute child’s rocking chair. A fine quality clean Sealy Posturpedic hybrid memory foam bed is available, along with a maple dining room table with 6 chairs. There are the usual shelves, tables, storage cabinets, and a folding table with matching chairs. There is crystal, china, vases, steins and a bunch of kitchen items. We found some very nice winter clothing, purses, and 14K Gold, Sterling Silver, and boxes of costume jewelry. There is a sterling silver bowl in the English Flute pattern by Massachusetts maker Frank Smith. We are also selling a working washer and dryer, small appliances, and all the usual household items that you find in every house. We HAVE to sell everything so come on down and get some great deals! Collectibles: a TON of vintage sewing materials including spools, pin cushions, sewing boxes, thread, shears, and you name it! There are also vintage military items, WWII Navy uniform, patches, Portsmouth Shipyard stuff, lots of submarine items (including USS Thresher -famous sub disaster). There is a rare 1946 submarine training manual with foldout schematics. Boy Scout items include: vintage Order of the Arrow belt buckles, bolo ties, metal merit badges and more. The former owner was also in the phone business with a lot old bell system, phones, lineman’s items, ephemera, cable cutter, and an old hatchet stamped “bell system”. The workshop has the usual tools, nuts and bolts, shopvac, ladders, sander, hand tools, a new threader snake, cable cutters and the like. There are metal storage cabinets, shelving, old license plates, a cool vintage wagon, and even some spools of chicken wire.
