Auction Terms & Conditions Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you win, you must pick up your item(s) or make shipping arrangements.
If you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges will be revoked permanently. Do not bid if you do not plan to purchase.
If you bid, you MUST arrange for pick-up of purchases on the pick-up date unless you have made prior shipping arrangements.
Bring necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Loading assistance is available for a fee. Some items may be located on a 2nd floor, or out building.
Invoices are emailed to winning bidders once the sale has completely closed. Full payment must be made by the date and time listed on your invoice. All payments will be processed by Currency Pay. Any items that are not paid for will be resold and your account suspended.
SHIPPING: Shipping is available at the buyer's expense. Please see Shipping Terms for additional details. NOT ALL LOTS CAN BE SHIPPED. If you require shipping, please contact us before bidding to inquire about shipping policies, and let us know you will need shipping.
Bidders are financially responsible for shipping and handling. All lots requiring shipping will be brought to our local FedEx within days of the auction end date. A FedEx account is recommended in order to ship Pick up will be done through sign up genius. Those who require shipping MUST contact us, and have paid for their lot, prior to pick up day.
All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped. Items to be shipped cannot be removed from the location without payment. Therefore, if total payment is not received before the pick-up date & time, items will be forfeited and bidding privileges revoked.
The exact address of the scheduled pick-up will be on the invoice e-mailed after the auction goes offline.
All items not picked up during the pick-up time will be considered abandoned and will be donated or resold.
A 12% Buyer's Premium plus Sales Tax will be added to the final bid amount when invoiced. A buyer's premium is a common fee in all types of auctions. Because of the unpredictability of an auction, a buyer's premium allows an auction house to create an additional stream of income to cover costs associated with conducting an auction.
We have made every effort to describe lot items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. No refunds or returns. We do not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Dimensions given may be approximate.
Items may or may not have a reserve and/or a minimum bid amount. Depending on the item the reserve status may or may not be displayed. Sales are not finalized, and lots are not sold, until you receive an invoice.

Pick up day: Bring your own boxes and wrapping paper! It is highly recommended to bring help for big furniture items. And if you don’t have access to help, we will have employees available to assist you with loading.
