All of our auction sales are final. The successful bidders are responsible for removing all purchased items immediately following the auction. All items will need to be loaded by the successful bidder, we do not provide loading help. Shipping can be arranged on any item.

A bid on an item constitutes acceptance of the item and terms of the auction. Your bid is a binding contract; non-paying bidders will be blocked from future auction at the discretion of the auctioneer. Make sure your contact info is complete and correct on the bidder sign up page. Payment is due on completion of the auction, invoices will be sent and online payment options are available.

Items will be available for pick-up at the stated/posted times only for the auction. Items paid for but not picked up will be forfeit after 30 days, no refunds given.

If you require shipping please be aware that the cost of shipping may be more than what the item cost. All items ship from zip code 84109, you can go to USPS.com for estimates of cost.

This is a great Mid-Century Estate full of wonderful items great furniture, collectables, antiques, tools, designer clothing, vintage Christmas, ... Items are described as best we can, and we will point out defects as we see them as well as measurements. Don't hesitate to as questions email or text, if you text please refer to a lot number.
