Wow ! Another great sale this week !!!!  You’d never think there could possibly be anything cool, in this house. But, prepare to be surprised ! There are antiques, tools, Pinterest possibles, unique items everywhere you look !  Please be careful, as you walk through and shop. We’ve closed part of one room off, and laid extra flooring support down, over a softish area. And, the floors in every room kind of feel wavy. (Like walking through Girouard’s, if you ever shopped there !) Outside, there are artistic metal sculptures, and mid-century items. This sale is just FUN !!! (This family owned a nice furniture store, and many items are brand new, from the store’s inventory, some with mind-boggling store prices, still attached !) 

The sale will be held, Friday-Saturday, December 4th and 5th, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days. The address is 824 Elm, in CLUTE.  Elm is a dead end street, so please park carefully. Elm is off Pecan, two blocks off 288B, near the intersection of 288B and Kyle Road. 

The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:00, Friday morning, and we’ll begin calling the first names in, around 8:45. PLEASE NOTE-there are three steps up into the house, and steps going to the garage. Watch where you’re stepping, please. 

Estate Liquidators does NOT providers, carriers, nor pack mules. You need to find a way to move your own items, please.

NO large purses, back packs, etc. allowed into the sale areas, or they could be subject to search.

NO CHILDREN IN THE ESTATE SALE LOCATION !!!!!!

We DO collect sales tax on purchases. If you think that’s unfair, call Greg Abbott, the Governor, please.
