Best Rate Cleanouts & Estate Sales is hosting a Special North Andover Estate Sale on Friday Jan 15th from 9am-2pm. This sale is at an office in an office park. If you are serious about vintage comics & collectibles this is the sale for you! This sale offers an incredible vintage comic book collection! Numerous comics have been graded and are ready to add to your collection. You will also find a fantastic selection of vintage die cast cars & trucks, toy cars, model cars, solid silver coins, books, Funko Pop, Bobble Heads, Elvis collectibles, toy figures, baseball cards, signed military plane photos & more… This is a unique sale you certainly should check out! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you!
DUE TO COVID-19 WE WILL BE OPERATING WITH RESTRICTIONS AS TO HOW MANY PEOPLE WE WILL HAVE IN THE HOME AT ONE TIME. FACIAL MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ANYONE ATTENDING. HAND SANITIZER WILL BE AVAILABLE & REQUIRED FOR EVERYONE TO USE PRIOR TO ENTERING & EXITING. IF PEOPLE ARE WAITING OUTSIDE TO GET IN THEY MUST PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING AND STAND 6 FEET APART UNTIL THEY ARE LET INSIDE. WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU!!!
Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet you must stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up.
If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure you stay & are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier).
Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors Sign-Up Sheets should not be started before Midnight on the day of the sale.
