The Online Only Estate Auction will start closing at 6pm CST Thursday December 17th. Pick-up will be by appointment only Friday December 18th Noon-6pm Saturday December 19th & Sunday December 20th 10am-6pm. Pick-up location will be off of Salem Rd. in Clarksville, Tn. The exact address will be released on your paid invoices. Shipping will be available on smaller items. All items will be shipped via USPS Priority with insurance plus a $5 per lot handling fee. The maximum handling fee per invoice will be $25, items will be shipped within 10 business days. Registration is free, quick, and easy. You must be at least 18 years old and registered on Ptauctionteam.com prior to bidding. Any person who completes the registration is hereinafter referred to as the "bidder", "buyer", "user", "he/she", "you," or "your". You personally guarantee full and complete payment to Phillip Traylor Auctions and Land when due and payable, whether bidding for a business entity, corporation, non-profit or any other organization, another person, or yourself. All bidders are responsible for any and all bids placed using their bidder name and/or password and agree to safeguard same. If a bid is made using your registration, you are personally liable and responsible for payment.
