All items must be removed at the close of sale. Please obey all parking restrictions, do not park in driveway and do not block the neighbor's driveway. FOLLOWING THE CDC GUIDELINES - Staff will all wear masks. ALL SHOPPERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS. We will have hand sanitizer in multiple areas of the house and wipe down traffic areas repeatedly. WE WILL ALSO PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING SO PLEASE BE PATIENT AS WE WILL LIMIT THE NUMBER OF SHOPPERS IN THE HOME. DUE TO THE LIMITED NUMBER OF SHOPPERS ALLOWED, CHILDREN WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE HOME, SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE (when things return to normal they will be allowed again) Hope to see you there.
The address will be posted at 4 pm on 12/3/20. The cross streets are Del Amo Blvd and Cherry Ave.
