All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed.

GUNS: You must have a paid receipt & picture ID to pick up your gun. All applicable gun laws apply. Guns can be shipped to your local FFL dealer free of charge, all transfer fees are the buyers responsibility. - No other items will be shipped

In order to buy guns in this auction, you must be:
1. Registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address,
2. 21 years of age to buy short guns (pistols or revolvers)
3. 18 years of age to buy long guns (rifles or shotguns)
Note: No straw buyers allowed. Only the person registered to bid may make payment and pick up guns.

Buyers Premium: There is no Buyer Premium for this auction

Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: Upon close of the auction winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for your purchases. Bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up.

Payment: Although you are required to register with a credit card, we do not "run" that card for payment. To pay with your card you must present the card in person or give the info over the phone. Otherwise, Pay for your merchandise with cash or good check at pick up during the designated time. You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendant at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for.

Shipping: Guns can be shipped to your local FFL dealer free of charge, all transfer fees are the buyers responsibility. - No other items will be shipped Only guns will be shipped. Orrell Auction Company is not responsible for shipping, we do not ship! Shipping of the guns is the responsibility of Delta Waterfowl Auction personnel.

Delta Waterfowl Online Auction and Raffle. Due to Covid concerns this year Delta Waterfowl is taking the Auction and Raffle online. Auction items are posted, bidding has started and will continue until Noon Sat. Dec. 12th. Shortly after the auction closes, winning bidders will receive an email with an invoice attached. You may pay for and pick up your merchandise, in person, between 3pm and 8pm at Farm Bureau on Barkada Rd in Monticello, same day as close of auction Sat Dec 12th. Raffle Tickets: Items # 45-89 include raffle tickets along with the item that you are bidding on. Raffle drawing will be held at 5 p.m. All winners will be announced by live broadcast on Facebook. Raffle winners will be called, texted and/or e-mailed to notify and the items should be picked-up from 6-8 p.m. GUNS: You must have a paid receipt & picture ID to pick up your gun. In the past four years, our chapter along with the local financial supporters and banquet attendees have sponsored 12 scholarships to local high school seniors and UAM granduate students. We have sponsored little league ball fields and had a high school build wood duck boxes last year to give away. Delta Waterfowl spends money and time on waterfowl research and breeding ground habitat. Help us support our conservation efforts and put some money back local.
