No Exceptions This auction group will begin at 7 pm, Pacific, on Friday, December 11, 2020. The first auction item will begin to close at 6:30 pm, Pacific time, on Wednesday, December 16, 2020. Individual auction items close every 30 seconds. Preview date for registered bidders is Sat. Dec. 12th, 10 am - 1 pm. It is a NO TOUCH preview, look only, given COVID. There is no extended bidding. Along with an invoice, auction winners will be sent the pick-up address and a Sign-Up Genius link to sign up for a pick-up time to limit crowds. Pick-up times are Fri. Dec. 18th, 10 am - 2 pm and Sat. Dec. 19th, 10 am - 2 pm. If you are not able to pick up during these time periods, do not bid. Any paid or unpaid auction items not picked up on stated pick-up days or times will be forfeited, absolutely no refunds. All items are sold as/is. Pictures are part of the description, so please scrutinize them closely. We are available to answer any questions prior to you bidding. Call or email. S.A.L.E.S. #4 - All Things Christmas - Pinole Off-Site - 1 of 3 Sales! This is the first of three sales regarding a 3,000 square foot estate in Pinole. The first two sales are off-site at Sonoma Auctions' store in Santa Rosa. The third sale will be in Pinole. Sale two will be all of the smalls from the estate. Sale three will be everything outside, such as statuary, patio sets, outdoor ovens, etc... The first sale is all about... CHRISTMAS! You know the house everyone wants to see in the neighborhood because of the incredible holiday lightshow?
