You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Bring Help to Load Large Items; Not Responsible for Accidents. HAWAII MEETS LAGUNA!
An original Mid Century Laguna Beach home with a distinctively Hawaiian vibe and a breathtaking view of the blue Pacific in one of Laguna Beach's most exclusive enclaves!
Here is an overview of what you will see....
A large library of books, vintage books, art books, Hawaiian themed books...many from the 50's and before A closet full of women's clothing and accessories, some men's accessories, vintage McGuire rattan, bamboo, some Mid Century and South Pacific style furniture. Mid Century Brass and lucite coffee table and Mid Century Rosewood and Chrome dressers; Denmark Teak pair of nightstands. Figural and elephant motif side tables The usual nice china, silver, stemware, linens, entertaining items from a well-appointed home. A nice assortment of costume and vintage jewelry. A large selection of paintings both oil, watercolor, and other art (she was a local artist and exhibited and sold locally...) A large Polynesian Canoe... This promises to be more fun and certainly more interesting that shopping at the Mall!
ADDITIONAL ITEMS FOR SALE The last 33 pictures are items from our most recent sale in Newport that are being offered for sale...these items include a fabulous country French cabinet, A Widdicomb cabinet, a Karges coffee table an iron and marble entry table, several chandeliers and pairs of sconces...if you are interested in any of these items please email me and we can sort it out.
