The health and safety of our shoppers & our staff is of critical importance to us. In this season we are making a number of adjustments in order to provide a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. Updated Estate Sale Procedures: Limited Entry: Guest/Shoppers will need a scheduled time slot through Signup Genius (SUG). We will still be limiting the number of guests in the house at one time to 15 guests per half hour. The Signup Genius (SUG) link will be active on Monday the week of the sale between 9am to 11 am. It will be on all advertised sites under details and description. As guests leave the sale, the next guest in line who has signed up on (SUG) will be allowed to enter. Guests waiting in line, who have not signed up will need to stand 6 ft apart and we will allow you in as space is available only after all others who have scheduled time slots on (SUG) have entered. We encourage guests to attend the sale sporadically throughout the day as to not avoid a large crowd at the beginning of the day. Face Coverings Required: Face coverings required per Washington State guidelines. Stay 6ft Apart: Please stay 6ft apart from other customers while shopping in the house. At times shoppers will need to wait to enter a room until other customers are finished. Cleaning Schedule: Our team will be disinfecting surfaces throughout the day. ** Pricing information will not be available prior to the sale. ** Sales Tax will be Collected Credit/Debit cards (Chip only) may be available for a $3 service fee Please bring your own wrap, bags, boxes and help to move furniture and items purchased. Sorry, No pre-sales, previews or pricing information available prior to the sale. Not responsible for accidents or injuries. No refunds or returns - all sales final. **VALUABLES REMOVED NIGHTLY. EXCESS CASH NOT KEPT ON THE PREMISES.** |

Masks will be available for $2 at the door, if you forget to bring one. Note: This home is full of surprises and many unique items and is a recent remodel, so cabinets, appliances and much more for sale. However a contractor bought the property and is tearing the house down.
