Cash or debit/credit cards only!! No checks!! Anyone paying via credit/debit card must show current state issued identification, also card must be in YOUR name!! Debit and Credit Cards with be charged an additional 3% service fee. Doors open at 8 am sharp (CENTRAL TIME ZONE!!). ABSOLUTELY NO EARLY SALES! Sales tax will be charged on all items purchased unless you provide us with a copy of your CURRENT resale tax exemption number (NO EXCEPTIONS!!). Not responsible for accidents. All children MUST be supervised at all times or you will be asked to leave the sale. You are responsible for packing and loading of the items that you purchase. We have a limited quantity of boxes/paper, so bring your own supplies if you have them.

Wiregrass Estate Sales is honored to have been chosen to liquidate this awesome estate in Elba! It is full of vintage, Hollywood Regency, antique, contemporary, Asian, midCentury and more! Large house plus guest house!

UPDATE 11.21.20: adding photos of the inside of the home today. We still have a large guest house and shop to go through, additional pics will be added in a week or so.

 

UPDATE 12.01.20: We, along with the estate heirs have decided to change things up due to Covid restrictions.  We are postponing the onsite sale until January.  BUT!!  You can BUY most large items now! Look for the prices attached to the individual pictures. Prices should be on the items by Thursday 12-3, just bear with me.  To purchase an item, send a message through this site, NOT TO JUSTIN, PAT or DON PERSONALLY.  First come, first served.  Invoicing by Paypal.  Everything sold as is, where is.  ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BUY! NO HOLDS, purchases only. Pickup location is in Elba.  I can meet you there on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 4-6 pm, from now until December 22. 

Serious buyers only, we are not doing "let me come look and I might buy something", just wait for the onsite sale in January to do that. But if you purchase a piece online and find something else there when you are picking it up, I will sell it to you!
