Listing Terms and Conditions
Final update: 6:15 CST Friday--we have found so many more items as we've worked to prep this sale, so pictures don't show everything that's here.

Address does not come up on some GPS. Note landmarks: Address may not come up on some GPS so note the landmarks listed here. From I-65, take the Lacon exit, and take Hwy. 31 north toward Cullman. Look for the red-and-white-striped water tower at the top of the hill. Turn right at the light where the PURE station is on the left and the Sportsworld Skating Rink is on the right. Follow the road until you see a closed-down gas station on the left that is now signed "Upper Room Worship" and turn right onto Co. Rd. 1290. It's a one-lane gravel road, so watch for oncoming cars. When you see the fire hydrant on the right, turn into the pasture toward parking.

CALLS and TEXTs. David: 256-345-0736. Carolyn 256-601-7968.

Please note that sale REQUIRES WALKING, because family is still residing on property, and there are multiple buildings/entrances.

We accept credit/debit cards and cash.

All sales are final, and we are not responsible for accidents. Please bring help, as we do not have staff available for loading. Bring boxes and wrapping, as our supply usually runs out quickly. Finally, inspect items closely, as no returns or refunds are possible.

Markdowns: 25% off on Saturday and 50% off on Sunday.

Please note: parking will be in a grassy pasture just beyond entrance to the grounds of the house and outbuildings.

We appreciate your business and hope you have a blast! (Call, text, or email Carolyn at 256-601-7968 for questions. We only just secured this sale, so we'll be working on it right up to the opening of the gates.) I'll be updating often, so check back!

The owner has changed her mind about selling a few items, so if you don't see a photo that you once did and want to ask about it, please do!
