AUCTION PREVIEW will be held at 109 Springbrook Drive, Berkeley Springs, WV on Wednesday, January 6, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Preview appointments can be made by visiting tinyurl.com/MSAS010621. NO PREVIEWS will be permitted without an appointment. (Masks and social distancing required!)

AUCTION ENDS on Monday, January 11, 2021, beginning at 6:00 p.m. WITH EXTENDING BIDDING, closing at three lots per minute.

AUCTION PICK-UP will be held at 109 Springbrook Drive, Berkeley Springs, WV on Tuesday, January 12, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Masks and social distancing required.)

ALL ITEMS MUST be removed on pick-up day. You MUST set an appointment after the auction ends. (A sign-up link will be provided in your winning bidder's e-mail and on your auction invoice.) NO PICK-UPS will be permitted without an appointment.

Buyers are responsible for removing ALL items from the building/grounds and loading them into their vehicles. BRING HELP IF YOU NEED IT.

Please remember to bring boxes and protective material (such as bubble wrap or newspaper) for packing smaller items.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY during pick-up. Neither Mountain State Auction Services nor the property owner(s) are responsible for accidents or injuries during preview or pick-up. Please be careful and stay alert.
