Parking is now only at Deer Spring Park- Deerfield Park District Swimming Pool. If you have a handicap license plate or placard you can park on Meadowbrook Lane. Otherwise you must park in the pool parking lot.

Parking is at the Parking Lot of Deer Spring Park - Deerfield Park District Swimming Pool. It is a short 4 block walk to the sale location. The address is 200 Deerfield Road, Deerfield, IL 60015.

Once you have parked in the parking lot proceed north on Lions Drive to Manor Drive/Margate Terrace.

Turn left (west) on Manor Drive to Meadowbrook Lane.

Turn right (north) on Meadowbrook Lane and it is 2 blocks to the house at 1112 Meadowbrook Lane.

·         On Saturday’s we will be 30% off most items that cost more than $5.00 & we will be willing to entertain all other offers.  

·         On Sunday we will be 50% off most items that cost more than $5.00 and will be accepting more aggressive offers towards the end of the day on Sunday.

·         This is a Private Sale and we do reserve the right to denying entry to the sale at our discretion.
