There are more items and too many to list, but consider general home and garage items. Presale Procedures: Any item you are interested in, please forward an email to us. We will research the item or items on a first come first serve basis. We are still working on the last sale, so it may take a few days to go over to the new sale location to acquire additional photos and information. Once you receive the information, and price, you will have 24 hours to purchase or give a counter offer for the item. If we do not receive a response, we will go to the next interested party and give them the information on the item. We will do this until sold, or if not sold it will be listed in the general sale. We will keep all presale offers and possibly sell it to you at that price before the advertised presale or general sale. Generally, presale items will be at full price with some reduction possible. Since you are on the email list, you will have a week before we advertise the presale. Once the presale is advertised there will be more people making offers on items. There will now be one entrance and one exit. Please ensure that you follow the signs accordingly. All prices will be posted on a spread sheet that will be posted on the wall. We will do our best to put all items in the same area as the spread sheet, but please remember that people pick up items and then set them down elsewhere. Please ensure you check these sheets for all prices. Stickered prices will not be honored and we will no longer use the sticker pricing system. We will be limiting the number of people in the sale at one time, so please be patient and wait your turn. We want to apologize to all of the honest people out there, but these changes are necessary to limit theft. SALES TAX WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL SALES. If you have your tax ID number, please provide us copies of the W-9 to avoid paying tax. Only customers providing a W-9 will be exempt from sales tax.
