When placing Bids, the Bidder is accepting that the item meets their satisfaction or have chosen not to examine the item in person and accept it as is.

The Credit Card registered during Auction Registration will be charged immediatly following conclusion of the Auction. No Cash or Checks accepted at time of pickup. If items are shipping to your location, there will be two charges made to the Credit Card on file when you registered. One for the item, the other for Shipping.

Latimer Auction does not test or guarentee condition/authenticity or genuineness of items, inspections are encouraged by Bidder prior to the Auction. All Descriptions are believed to be true & correct with pictures being part of the item description. Each item sells in "As Is" condition, by Bidding you have on an item you have agreed to accept the item in it's "As Is" condition.

Pickup Date: Saturday Jan. 9th Only - 9:00am till Noon. If you need to have our items shipped, please contact us before the end of pickup time, to confirm "Ship to" Address. Unless shipping or pick up arrangments are made, any items left after the pickup dates will be considered abandoned & forfeited , they will then become the propertry of Latimer Auction, with no refunds.

By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered into a legal contract, Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying Bidders or frauduant Bidding are subject to legal actions.

Latimer Auction shall not be liable for any missed bids or electronic issues during the course of the Auction.
