***PLEASE PARK ON THE MAIN ROAD. DRIVEWAY AND ACCESS DRIVE ARE FOR PICKUP ONLY*** Here’s all the info for our first sale of the year! Make sure to read the message thoroughly, as there's important information. 1. We do not give pricing information out before our doors open. We will do our best to answer any questions regarding measurements or details about specific items, but we may not be able to before the doors open. 2. The SIGN UP SHEET will be available no earlier than 7:00AM. This is important! We will disregard any list started before this time, so we ask that you plan to arrive no earlier than 7:00. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO STAY WITHIN SIGHT OF THE HOME! Please return for entry by 8:45. Due to the cold weather, we are testing a new entry system. Please leave a phone number to contact you for entry. A staff member will text/call you when it’s your turn. 3. PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS AND THE CONDO COMMUNITY. Do not block driveways and mailboxes or park on lawns. 4. Pricing is firm and final all day Friday and half price Saturday. 5. We will be allowing only 10-12 shoppers in at a time. Masks must be worn properly (over mouth & nose) and made of non-mesh materials. If you are unable to wear a mask, we can provide a virtual tour of the sale and will pull items if they are available. YOU MAY NOT ENTER without a mask. 6. The HOLD AREA is for committed purchases only. Once it is placed on the table, you must purchase the item. Purchaser is required to thoroughly inspect any items before placing them on the hold table. 7. We accept cash (exact change appreciated) or credit/debit cards. Credit card purchases between $500-999 will be charged a $15 service fee and purchases $1,000 and over will be charged a 3% service fee. 8. All items are sold AS IS/WHERE IS. We do not accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES FINAL We sincerely thank each and every one of you for your patience, kindness, and understanding.
