Minor flaws may not always be photographed but we try. When customer enters a bid, he enters a binding contract by the laws and statues in the state of Texas. Texas sales tax is payable by all buyers liable to this tax. Buyers shall indemnify Attic Treasures against any claims, damages, liability as a result of any harm or injureis suffered duing the process of this sale or pick up of items. All items are offered to the highest bidder. All sales are final and no refunds will be made. |

Bidding starts closing on Monday January 18th, beginning at 6:00 p.m. central. There will be NO SHIPPING offered for this auction. If you cannot pick up on pick up day then please do not bid. No shows on pick up day will lose their items and cards wil be charged. If you have any questions, please call 903-312-7586. At the end of the auction, you will receive an invoice. Pick up will be Wednesday, Jan 20th from 10:00 till 3:00. Please bring a copy of your invoice with you to save time. Also, if you are tax exempt, we will take care of that at pick up along with a 3% discount if paying with cash.
