PAYMENT METHODS
We do accept all major credit cards. Wire transfers; please contact the office for more information. We will accept cash, cashiers check and business checks at time of pickup at certain locations; please contact the office for more information.

PAYMENT DUE
We will automatically charge the credit card on file. Unless you have contacted us in advance regarding another payment method. There is a 15% Buyer Premium in effect for this auction. Location-based sales tax will also be collected for this auction. Full payment must be made no later than 4pm (PT) on Thursday, January, 14, 2021.

REMOVAL
All items must be removed between 9 am (PT) and no later than 4 pm (PT) on Friday, January, 15, 2021. Please be considerate and ARRIVE BEFORE 3 PM to ensure removal occurs in a timely manner. All items remaining after this specified time are considered abandoned and forfeited, no refunds, with no further rights by the Buyer.

You may arrive anytime during the scheduled checkout times, making an appointment is not required but recommended. HAI staff will make every effort to accommodate scheduled appointments, please be aware that some appointments will overlap due to the quantity of items being loaded. Schedule your appointments slots based on the quantity of items purchased and the time needed to load them. Late appointment arrivals will automatically forfeit their time slot.

REMOVAL ASSISTANCE
Buyers or authorized agents are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items. Employees are unable to assist with physical loading. Forklift Loading Assistance will be available at auctioneer’s discretion; wait times may occur.

REMOVAL AUTHORIZATION

VEHICLES
Titles and any supporting documents will be mailed via Certified Mail after 10 working days of the auction, unless buyer has failed to remove vehicle from the auction site by the stated removal deadline. Buyer is fully responsible for transfer, smog, registration and fees due to DMV.
