HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:  the prices will be posted the evening before the sale. If you want to buy an item at the stated price, email us: threechurchladies@gmail.com after 9:00am the morning the sale begins. Please include the item title, price, and brief description (in case there are multiple items, like bookcases) also if preference for pickup times. Emails time-stamped before 9:00am will be discarded.

Offers will not be accepted prior to the sale, nor can we hold things on reserve.

Only Offers made by Email will be accepted during sale, no texts or calls. No bidding or bids.

If you are successful, you will be notified at the end of day by email, confirming the items, price, tax if no tax number, address, and pickup time. Please remember to bring cash or known check for pickups, as we do not accept credit cards. 

Pick-up days are: Wed the 20th, Sat. the 23rd, and by appointment after 23rd.

Pickups will be scheduled every 30 mins. Only one pick-up party in the house at one time. Everyone must wear a mask. Good Luck!

PS: There are tables small items not pictured here, many clothes similar to those in pics but in volume! There are also tables of yarn, fiber related books, tools, and estate sale items: general household, garden, workshop, Christmas, etc that you may browse/shop during your pickup time.
