Items collected over a lifetime of military service and world travel. Coins, Quilts, Pottery, Doll Houses and Handmade Toys, USMC memorabilia, Porcelain and Hand painted items, hundres of hand made jewelry items, Kitchen Appliances, post cards and stamps, two rooms of books and much more. We tagged over 2000 items when preparing the sale.
This estate sale is conducted at the seller's home on this Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Jan 14th, 15th and 16th beginning at 9 am each day until 4 pm. No admission is allowed ahead of time. There will be a sign up sheet available at 8 am to establish entry order--entry begins at 9.am on Thursday. We will allow only 15 people at a time in the building due to the Covid restrictions. Masks are required to be worn at all times on site.
No checks are accepted, Credit Cards will have a 4% processing fee. Cash is accepted.
Price Schedule: Thursday, all items sold at marked price with no negotiation. Friday, All items Discounted 25%. Saturday, any remaining items discounted 50% from original tag. Sunday any remaining items will be sold on a best offer basis. Items must be removed at time of purchase, with the exception of rugs, display shelves, and display tables. All rugs, displays and table can be bought any day, but only picked on Saturday. Please note science lab tables, rugs and wire racks are available for purchase at the end of the event.
4% Credit Card handling fee and Sales Tax apply unless you have exemption or resale certificates in hand and can present your sales tax certificate at purchase.
