The improvements thereon being known as 2312 Chelsea Terrace, Baltimore, MD 21216

The improvements are believed to comprise a detached single-family dwelling, built in 1915. It is believed to contain three separate units but is zoned as a single-family dwelling. It is believed to contain a total of approx. 2,470 ± sq. ft. It is believed to contain 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.

All adjustments as of date of sale. The property will be sold in “AS-IS” condition, without express or implied warranty as to the nature and description of the improvements as contained herein; and subject to easements, agreements, restrictions, or covenants of records affecting same, if any.
