If you bid without inspecting the item(s), then you accept FULL RESPONSIBILITY for the condition and completeness of the item(s). We do not guarantee items that do not belong to us. The seller no longer needs these items and refuses to guarantee the condition. It is YOUR responsibility to inspect items BEFORE you bid on them. INTERNET BIDDING - Due to varying Internet speeds, browser controls, wireless signals, and other communication problems we DO NOT GUARANTEE that your bid will be accepted on any item. Failure to do so will result in a charge to the buyer for the necessary repairs, in addition to a revocation of bidding privileges. SPRINKLER SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS - Any damage to the sprinkler system, or damages caused by the setting off of the sprinklers, will be the responsibility of the damaging party. Failure to meet these responsibilities will result in the revocation of bidding privileges.
