1. This is an internet only auction. All bidding is online. Bidding is available now until the auctioneer says "SOLD" during the live auction. The auctioneer will begin selling items on Thursday, February 4th, 2021 at 7:00pm Eastern Time. You will be able to hear and see the auctioneer beginning at 7:00pm.

2. A preview will be held on Tuesday, February, 2nd, 2021 from 9am - 5pm at 1525 Oregon Pike, Ste 701, Lancaster, PA, 17601. You will need to sign up for a time slot to attend the preview using this web address. https://calendly.com/hkkeller-1/vintage-posters-shirts-rolling-stones

3. We will email you an invoice with an option to pay with your credit card and a link to schedule a pick up time or arrange for shipping. You should receive your invoice within 24 hours. If you do not pay your invoice within 72 hours, Live Auctioneers will automatically charge your card on file. Our office may also contact you to make payment before the pickup or items are shipped. Cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover only.

Pickup of your winning purchases will be Monday, February 8th, 2021 from 9am - 5pm by appointment at 1525 Oregon Pike, Ste 701, Lancaster, PA, 17601. If you need an alternate day to pick up your purchases, please email sierra@hkkeller.com or call our office at 717-879-0110 prior to bidding. Buyers who purchase posters and plan to pick up their purchases can also take the frame the poster is displayed in.

Posters requiring shipment will be removed from the frame and shipped in a shipping tube. Frames will not be shipped. We will consolidate posters in the minimum amount of shipping tubes to reduce the amount of packages. A fee of $22 per tube will be charged for shipping and handling if shipped in the continental U.S. T-Shirts requiring shipping will be placed in an envelope. We will consolidate T-shirts in the minimum amount of envelopes to reduce the amount of packages. A fee of $18 per envelope will be charged for shipping and handling if shipped in the continental U.S. If you have questions regarding shipping, please give us a call at 717-879-0110 or email sierra@hkkeller.com.

4. Everyone entering the building will be required to wear a mask during the preview and pickup. Surgical masks may be available.

5. In order to limit the amount of people on the property at a time for the pick up, all buyers will need to sign up for a time slot. A link to select your time slot along with your invoice will be emailed to you at the conclusion of the auction.

6. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. We encourage you to come to the preview to see and inspect the items.

7. All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted. Measurements are approximate.

8. NOTICE: H.K. Keller will not be able to hold any items for pick up beyond the stated times. Everything must be picked up by 5pm Monday, February 8th, 2021 unless alternate arrangements have been made or items are being shipped. Buyer will be charged the full amount for items not picked up, and will forfeit their right and claim to the property.

9. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

10. H.K. Keller reserves the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion.

11. PA residents will pay 6% Pennsylvania State sales tax. Other state's sales taxes are being collected by Live Auctioneers. Your state may or may not have a law regarding purchases from out of state. If you have a sales tax exemption for resale or another reason, H.K. Keller needs a copy of the certificate on file in order to remove sales tax. Please email sierra@hkkeller.com with your copy.

12. This auction has a 20% buyer's premium and 6% PA sales tax.

13. You will receive an invoice listing the items won within 24 hours of the auction closing. If you do not receive an email with your invoice, please check your spam folder.

14. By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of the terms posted for this auction.

15. Declined credit cards can result in a buyer being banned from participating in future auctions. H.K. Keller is a member of the National and State Auctioneers Associations. Non-paying and/or fraudulent bidder names may be shared with other auction companies.

16. Buyer will be charged the full amount for items not picked up, and will forfeit their right and claim to the property.

17. This is a public auction and not a retail setting. All sales are final. No returns or chargebacks are accepted.

18. Some items may be sold per piece. The bid price is multiplied by the amount of items in the lot. This is shown using the bid price x quantity. (Example ?$12.50 x 4? equals a total bid of $50.00).
