This auction will start closing on Thursday, Jan 21st at 8:00pm.  Winning bidders will be invoiced electronically that evening, make payment from invoice, then plan to pick-up items on Saturday, Jan 23rd between 11-4pm at the warehouse. No appointment required.   

COVID-19 Compliant Details:

1. No Preview – all Preview Events are canceled until further notice. We hope that our descriptions and pictures are good enough to ensure confidence in bidding. This will help us keep you, our employees, and our warehouse as safe as possible.
2. Pick-ups – A) Must wear mask. B) Only 5 cars allowed inside the gate at a time. C) Text Lea upon arrival. D) Stay in vehicle. E) Wait for response. F) DO NOT ENTER WAREHOUSE.
3. Affordable Front Door Delivery Option – stay home and let us arrange delivery to your door. Most deliveries at $85.  More for distance and bulky items.  Send us an email requesting delivery after auction ends.  We will confirm the fee and give your information to the 3rd Party Mover to schedule your delivery. Please pay cash upon delivery. Note – CT is not responsible for any damage or issues that may occur during delivery.
4. Alternate Pick-up - Need to schedule a pick-up on another day or time?  We can do that!  Just let us know and we will schedule another day to meet you at the warehouse. The following CASH fees apply:  For up to 2 lots of small items - $10. For any furniture or more than 2 lots with small items - $20 or more based on space required. This fee applies to ALL pick-ups before or after our normal pick-up day/time. Remember – you need to pay your invoice on-time, even when planning to pick your items up later. Items need to be picked up within a week of the normal pick-up day. Items left will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
