10% Buyers Premium will be added to all purchases. You must call auction company after bidding ends to schedule pickup of your items that you have won. We will only allow five people in the building at one time to minimize social gathering.

Purchases will be charged to your credit card that is on file immediately after auction closes. A 5% convenience fee will be added to your bill for credit card charges.

If items purchased are left for more than a week the items will be resold and no refund will be given.

FAILURE TO PICK-UP ITEMS: If you fail to pick-up any items on the days that have been scheduled IT WILL BE CONSIDERED THAT YOU HAVE FORFEITED THE ITEMS AND TITLE WILL REVERT TO THE AUCTION COMPANY. Please contact the auction company BEFORE THIS AUCTION CLOSES IF YOU FORESEE A PROBLEM. NO REFUNDS for abandoned items.

AUCTION COMPANY is NOT A SHIPPING COMPANY we will do our best to work with your shipping company to arrange pickup of your items, but you must stay in contact with your shipper to arrange pickup!!! Contact Tammy @ 479-313-2260 for shipping "No Furniture will be shipped." You must arrange for your own pickup of furniture or large items that will not fit into a small box.

Block Realty & Auction is providing an Internet auction as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Auction Company or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly during the online auction. Auction Company will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Ms. Kirk has sold her home is has contracted Block Realty & Auction to sale her items that she will not have room for. The storage does not have to be moved right away but you will need to make arrangements within a week of the sale end date. Preview is Friday from 4:00 pm till 6:00 pm. Pickup of your items will be Saturday 10:00 am till 2:00pm
