This is an Online Auction with Internet or Absentee Bidding Only. All Internet Bidders must register Online and Absentee Bidders must register with Iggy's Auction House, LLC. Bidding for this auction starts on Monday, January 18, 2021, and starts closing on Monday, February 1, 2021 at 6:00PM CST

ONLINE AUCTION STARTS CLOSING
Online Auction Starts Closing Monday, February 1, 2021 at 6:00PM CST. Each lot ends 20 seconds after the previous lot, bidding activity will extend 3 minutes, per lot, if there is bidding activity in that lot in the last 3 minutes. You can keep bidding on any lot as long as there is time left.

REQUIRED REGISTRATION INFORMATION TO BID
You are required to register with a valid email address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. This does not mean you have to pay with the credit card that you register with. We do accept other forms of payment such as: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Persons not giving this correct or valid information will not be allowed access to this auction.

If not paid by then, you agree to have your credit card that you registered with charged for the total of your invoice plus the 14% Buyers Premium. Items are considered abandoned if not picked up within five (5) days of purchase and items are no longer your property unless arrangements have been made in writing.

After payment has been received, we will then package your items and charge your credit card a second time for the total cost of shipping and handling. You will then receive an email with an invoice receipt along with a tracking number. We will ship to the address on file unless otherwise specified.

Any individual found tampering with items on this auction will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Buyer will indemnify and hold Iggy's Auction House, LLC (and our affiliates and subsidiaries, and our and their respective officers, members and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement, your improper use of Iggy's Auction House, LLC services or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party. You agree that the laws of the State of Wisconsin will govern the terms and conditions between you and Iggy's Auction House, LLC, except as otherwise stated in the terms and conditions.
If any provision of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

BID INCREMENTS
Bidding increment are $1.00
STAGGERED AND SOFT CLOSE
Staggered Close: each lot ends 20 seconds after the previous lot (all lots don't end at the same time).
Soft Close: Bidding activity will extend three (3) minutes, per lot, if there is bidding activity in that lot in the last three (3) minutes. Bidding will be extended until there are no more bids.

USE THE LIVE CATALOG FEATURE TO BID ON ITEMS WHEN AUCTION IS CLOSING
Use our Live Catalog Option to View/Bid on Lots in Real Time as Auction is Closing without having to refresh. View Lot# 5a for Information on this feature (This feature is available, starting at 5:30 on the day the auction closes). We do not recommend bidding on items from your watch list or bid list, since you will have to manually keep refreshing your page to see the current bids and to see if you have been outbid. The bids are constantly changing.

PRACTICE BIDDING LOT
This lot is used for test bidding and to place sample and practice bids. Feel free to bid on this lot, these are sample bids only and you will not be charged for using the practice bidding lot.

MAX BID AMOUNT
If you are not going to be available when the auction ends you can place a max bid. You can enter the highest amount you are willing to pay and the computer will automatically bid up to your max amount in the increments specified. EXAMPLE 1. If the bid is at $20 and if you put in a $250 max bid, you would be the high bid at $21, provided no one else has placed a higher bid. If the auction ends at $21 you would be the winner at $21, It would take someone else to bid against you to increase your bid. EXAMPLE 2. If the bid is at $20 and your max bid is $250 and someone else has placed a bid of $150, then your bid would be advanced to $151. And if the auction ends at $151 that is what you pay, not $250. It takes someone to bid against you to advance your bid, just like a live auction.

RESERVE: If there is a reserve on an item, the item will have an orange exclamation mark. Up until the reserve is met, you will be bidding against the reserve. Once the reserve is met, the item will have a green checkmark, then it takes someone to bid against you to advance your bid, just like a live auction.

PICKUP/PAYMENT DATES & TIMES
Pickup is by Appointment Only and can be scheduled online, that way we can have your items ready for you. A Signup Link will be available at IggysAuction.com by 8:00pm on the day of the auction closes and also on the email that you receive after the auction has ended. Please schedule a time to pickup.
Pickup days will be Tuesday, February 2, 2021 from 11:00am - 5:00pm and Wednesday, February 3, 2021 from 10:00am - 4:00pm, appointments for pickup will be in 5 minutes increments (Please Note: If you are not able to make it during those times just call Trina at (715)305-2475 to schedule a special pickup time). If you're running late or happen to arrive earlier, it's no problem. This just gives us an idea when to expect you and when we should have your items ready. Please schedule a time.

To schedule a pickup appointment online you should go to IggysAuction.com and click on the Auction Pickup link or when you receive your invoice by email that will also have a link to sign up for a time slot to pick up your items. SHIPPING AVAILABILITY:(Shipping is available for lots that say "Shipping Available". Shipping is Not Available on Every Lot.)
Shipping will be available for Items that are easily put in a box not greater than 12" x 12. If your item or group of items are larger than 12" x 12" Box, please verify if shipping will be available before bidding on items. DECANTERS, LIQUIDS OF ANY KIND, FURNITURE OR ANYTHING THAT WOULD NEED TO BE SHIPPED ON A PALLET ARE NOT SHIPPABLE.
All costs for shipping, packaging and insurance will be at the buyer's expense. (Packaging charges will apply to cover handling, time and materials.) Minimum packaging cost is $10, but multiple items, very large, heavy, or fragile items may incur extra fees. Insurance is required on the value of the property being shipped. PLEASE NOTE: We do all of our packaging in house and start preparing customers items for shipping AFTER the 2nd scheduled pickup day. If we have a large amount of shipping orders it may take longer than a week to get to all of them and do our best to get them done as soon as possible.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOU HAVE WON ITEMS AT AUCTION
After the entire auction has ended you will receive an email reminding you of Pickup/Payment Location, Dates, Times & Link to Sign up for a Pick-up time and also shipping information. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR INVOICE BY THE NEXT DAY. Attached to that email will also be your invoice.
CUSTOMERS PICKING UP:
For Pickup please bring help with you if you are not able to remove the item(s) by yourself. Most items are boxed except for single items or larger bulkier items.
