Children will be allowed in as long as there is no line of BUYING customers. -NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS -WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR ENTRANCE TO ANYONE ! -This is a CASH only Sale !!!!! NO CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS !!! -Doors Open At 10:00 AM. Please be courteous when parking in the area. -Shoplifters will be prosecuted. You steal, we call police. -SMILE, as usual, There will be hidden surveillance cameras throughout the home. -Due to increased theft, no large purses or bags will be allowed in the sale. Please don't bring them, so I don't have to ask you to leave them outside. -Please do not call, email or text asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information. Fitz and Tomi Rawls are selling lots of furniture, household items, kitchen items, yard and office equipment, men’s and ladies’ clothing as well as specialty items such as ski equipment and clothes, garden tools and travel information (both Fitz and Tomi are world travelers and avid skiers), plus lots of shelves full of books! Fitz is a lifelong resident of Tampa (Gorrie, Wilson and Plant). He owned and operated auto parts businesses, and was active in local social and neighborhood associations. Tomi is a native of the furniture capital of the U.S., Grand Rapids Michigan. There she was a member of the Baker family, owners of the Baker Furniture Company which created the beautiful Baker line of traditional furniture!
