U Haul Storage Auction!! Unclaimed storage rooms...WednesdayDecember 27th, at 9am. Sign-Up to participate in this auction is at 8am ONLY on the morning of the sale. 6252 E. Washington Street, Indpls, Ind. 46219 Selling (approx 81 rooms) from the Indianapolis, W. Lafayette, Terre Haute, Kokomo, Noblesville, and Muncie, areas. 'SPECIAL PROCEDURE FOR THIS AUCTION' PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING!!!! Due to covid 19 restrictions the following procedure MUST BE followed with NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! There will ONLY BE 8 BIDDERS ALLOWED ADMITTANCE INTO THE AUCTION ROOM. If a Husband and wife or business partners are attending only ONE will be admitted! Masks are required as well as the signing of a covid waiver. Notice: There will be a sign up sheet at the door at 8am and you must be one of the top 8 to be admitted. Sorry.....no exceptions. You are NOT permitted to sign up anyone but yourself. We realize this is an inconvienence, however, corporate rules must be followed. All rooms must be paid for in full at the conclusion of the auction and U Haul will work with you on cleaning out your rooms if multiple rooms are purchased. REMINDER: The first 8 people in line and sign up from separate entities will be the only bidders admitted! Terms: Cash and Credit at the conclusion of the auction.
