A sign-up sheet will be placed out on the first day of the sale two hours before opening, no list will be used on Saturday. Ours will be the only list honored, please return 10 minutes prior to opening. This property is under 24/7 video surveillance, please do not bother the homeowner and keep conversation low as to not disturb the neighbors.
Due to increased risk of the Coronavirus we will be taking extra precautions for the health and safety of our customers and clients: -Masks must be worn while inside the house. -During this sale, only 10 people will be allowed inside the house at once. When you arrive we will place your name on a list and let you in the order you arrive. We realize this is a large inconvenience and we thank you for your cooperation. -We ask that all customers refrain from physical contact with one another and keep the touching of items to a minimum. If you need any help with any of our items one of our team members will be happy to assist you. -We encourage hand washing and a distance of at least 6 feet from one another.
