• PROPERTY IS UNDER 24/7 LIVE SURVEILLANCE** Do not visit the property outside of the 2 pickup times.**
• If other arrangements are necessary please contact us prior to bidding. Due to COVID19: we ask that customers please wear a mask to pick up items. If you are feeling sick please stay home and contact us!

BIDDING BEGINS TO END THURSDAY February 4th at 6pm! Items will close in 30 second intervals. This auction has a soft closing so if an item is bid on within the last few minutes, a five minute window will extend for any last offers.

PAYMENT: All winning bidders will receive an invoice as soon as all items have closed (this could be up to 3-4 hours later). All winning bidders will be charged automatically to the card you have input with estatesales.org. Please ask us if you have any questions!
