PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BIDDING!!!
All items will be sold at online auction only. All items sold as is, where is and ALL sales are FINAL. There are NO warranties expressed or implied on any of the merchandise. Bidders acknowledge that by bidding they accept the auctioneer’s description when they bid on a particular item. Mahalo Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. INVOICE / PAYMENT TERMS: Invoices will be sent to all winning bidders the morning following each auction. A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to all purchased lots and any applicable SC state sales tax. Invoices to be paid immediately following the close of the auction per the payment instructions. Unless prior arrangements are made, any credit card payment that is declined will be charged a $10.00 fee per transaction. Any items remaining unpaid 24 hours after the end of the auction will be forfeited to Mahalo Auctions. LOCAL PICKUP TERMS: Any item listed as 'Local Pickup Only' must be removed from property during stated pickup day/time-anything listed as such WILL NOT be transported to the UPS store or to our facility. Any item listed as such will be forfeit or sold at Mahalo Auctions discretion. NO EXCEPTIONS. TRANSPORT TERMS: Due to the amount of local items not being picked up, we will now charge $5.00 per customer to take items to the UPS Store, where you will be charged again by UPS for storage. We are not responsible for any items damaged in transit for shipping. Any further arrangements for items dropped off at shipper are between shipper and buyer. Family members and/or employees of Mahalo Auctions can bid in our auctions. Registering to bid is a binding contract. Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. Bidders will also pay any and all court fees associated with any dispute of this contract. Mahalo Auctions is not responsible for internet / Proxibid issues that cause missed or incorrect bids. Mahalo Auctions reserves the right to add or delete items prior an auction. PLEASE BRING HELP LOADING HEAVY ITEMS AND PACKING MATERIALS. THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE HELP AVAILABLE.
