Our largest sale in years – and you know we have handled some HUGE estates.  One day and one day ONLY.  Go to Peachtree Elem and follow the signs for about a mile.

This house and the garden were featured in the book “Gracie’s Garden”.  This will be your chance to own a piece of literary history.  Furniture, glass, appliances, collectables, cast iron, projection TV, antiques, occupied Japan, Barbie and other dolls, art, lawn ornaments, garden ornaments, garden statues – again some featured in the book, Native American art, Native American dolls, voodoo items, native American items, African masks and dolls, pool table, Jacuzzi, collectable wine, bird cages, small wine refrigerator, bedroom sets, dining room set, couches, recliners, antique mirrors, garden and patio furniture, NEW name brand clothing with the tags still on plus other clothing.  A separate area will have kids books and teenage boy clothing!  Another highlight would be a vintage copy of “Little Black Sambo”, the first one we have been able to sell in YEARS.

I don’t know what you are looking for, but it’s gotta be in here somewhere!  Bring your truck, trailer, flashlight, machete, and LOTS of help moving “shtuff” because this “shtuff” is everywhere!!

Folks, we will have lots of people to help you find things, but you will have to move it, load it, etc.  First one paying for an item gets the item.  Like ALWAYS, we do not pre-sell.   See our other conditions.  Cash and carry.

One final item, the house is not officially for sale, but it may need to be sold in the future.  If you are interested in making an offer I can put you in contact with the attorney handling the estate.

This is one of our Category 3 sales.  Everything must go, and everything is priced to sell.  We only charge the seller 10% so everything we get is from the sale.  Everything is priced so dealers can still make 50% or more.   Very often our dealer friends will buy in the morning, double the price, and sell it out of their shop by the end of the day.  Not to be rude, but if you are one of these people who has to haggle, we wont have time.  Lots more pictures to come.
