This sale is on the Penthouse level (7th floor) of one of the Desert Island buildings.  An elevator will bring you up and down.  There are a lot of quality, heavy pieces of furniture at this sale.  You will need to please bring help and a hand truck to move big items if purchased!

WE WILL BE FOLLOWING ALL SOCIAL DISTANCING AND RECOMMENDED PROTOCOLS DURING THIS SALE BECAUSE OF THE ONGOING CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC AND THE NEED TO KEEP OUR STAFF AND YOU, THE CUSTOMER SAFE.  A MASK WILL BE REQUIRED TO ENTER THE PREMISES.  IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A MASK, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.  THERE WILL BE A LIMITED SUPPLY OF MASKS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE FOR $1.00 EACH.  WE WILL ALSO HAVE HAND SANITIZER AVAILABLE UPON ENTRY.  ALL HARD SURFACES IN THE PREMISES HAVE BEEN DISINFECTED AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE WIPED DOWN THROUGHOUT THE DAYS OF THE SALE.
