By registering to bid buyer is agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. You must register to bid. You must be 18 years of age or older to bid.
2. This is an internet only auction.
3. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures, power outages, rioting, civil unrest, acts of war, or any other events that may adversely affect this auction.
4. You must submit your credit card information to be able to bid.
5. An 15% buyer's premium. And NC sales tax will be added to final purchase price.
6. All items sold as is, where is. All sales are final, no refunds. All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted. Bidder inspection is encouraged.
7. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
8. Preview is Monday Feb 22rd 1-3 PM, other times by appointment.
9. After auction, items must be picked up on Thursday February 25, 2021, 1:00 PM until 6:00PM.
10. Buyers are responsible for loading of all items. Please bring your own help and equipment for large and heavy items. Bring your own boxes and packing materials.
11. Anybody that does not pay for items they bid on during online auctions will not be permitted to participate in any future auctions for Eaves Auction.
12. This auction is for local pickup only.
