As per Alabama sales tax code all purchases will be taxed at 10% for this sale. If you have a tax exemption certificate please bring a copy so that we will have it on file. If you do not have a current exemption certificate on file you will be charged tax.
We have a 13% buyer’s premium reduced to 10% if paying by cash or check. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITH NO GUARANTEES. Please remember that all sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. Due to liability issues we DO NOT LOAD, please bring helpers if you need them. This is a live auction event. We are excited about our first Saturday of the month auction! If you are building or remodeling save some money and LOOK at our flooring. If you need some patio furniture or household furniture, we have that too. Tools and small appliances, yes we have some of that. Too much to list, please see photos or come to our preview Saturday March 6 beginning at 10 am. Photos will be added soon, please check back.
