We are closing out the on-site phase of the Roadside America / PA Dutch Gift Haus liquidation with an auction format that harkens back to the era when both businesses opened at their present location. On Sunday February 21st beginning at 12:00 PM (Noon), we will conduct a live, cash only, pay as you go auction.

Due to a tight timeline, we cannot provide an extensive pre-auction listing of individual offerings. Items will be assembled over the next five days in the auction venue. A general list of categories is provided below. 

Here's what you need to know to participate:

1. Items will be collected from various locations on the property and assembled in the basement of Roadside America. 

2. Masks are required at all times while indoors.

3. This is a live, pay as you go, cash-only auction. There will be no check-in or check-out. Bring enough cash to cover your purchases.

4. We will sell an auction lot, collect the funds at the conclusion of each offering and then proceed to the next lot. All items will become the responsibility of the purchaser upon completion of each sale. 

5. No bills larger than $50.00 will be accepted. 

6. No Buyer's Premium and no sales tax for this auction. 

7. Enter the auction arena at the back, ground level entrance to Roadside America. The large bay doors will facilitate load outs. 

8. Bring your own chairs if you choose to sit during the auction.

9. Dress warmly, the auction will be indoors; however, we will maintain as much ventilation as possible.

10. There will be no food offered on-site. Bring your own provisions if desired.

11. Come prepared to load and remove your items. Bring totes, boxes, containers to pack your purchases.
