What a week we’ve had, for sure ! I hope everyone came through the weird winter weather, relatively unscathed. 

 
This week’s sale, will be Friday/Saturday, February 26-27, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days.  The sale address is 211 Dogwood, in Lake Jackson.  Dogwood is a busy street, so please park carefully.
 
PLEASE do not block driveways, fire hydrants, or the street. Lake Jackson officers are known to keep their handy-dandy pencils sharpened and ready, for writing citations. Yikes !
 
MASKS ARE REQUIRED !!!! Please remember social distancing. There will be hand sanitizer/soap and water offered. Use them !
 
The sign-up sheet will be out, around 8:00 on Friday morning, and we’ll begin calling names around 8:45.
 
No children allowed in sale areas, please.
 
No large purses, back packs, strollers, etc. will be allowed in the sale area.
 
We accept credit cards, cash, and approved checks. Our returned check fee is $60, so write your bad checks elsewhere, please.
 
ESTATE LIQUIDATORS DOES NOT PROVIDE LOADERS, HAULERS, NOR PACK MULES, you’ll need to make arrangements to have your large, or bulky purchases moved.
