Terms and Conditions of Sale
By buying a member of the Burlington FFA Chapter, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions: 1. The bought member is obligated to perform eight hours of work labor at a time agreed upon by bought member and buyer a. If the buyer so chooses, he/she may decide to not have bought member fulfill this work 2. The buyer is responsible for providing a lunch meal for that eight hour day 3. No member may be bought to work from buyer outside of a 30 mile radius of Burlington, CO 4. To ensure that work is done in a timely manner, if work labor is to be done after the end of the 2020-2021 school year, a signed and approved work labor plan must be made by both buyer and member, and turned into Burlington FFA by May 20th, 2021 5. If bought member does not fulfill this obligation, Burlington FFA can and will reimburse the buyer for the entire purchase price |
