WE ARE BACK!!!!! 3plus1 Estate Sales is happy to be back after a Covid hiatus, with our BIGGEST sale ever! We have tens of thousands of items from antique to brand new. This home was made by a mother and daughter duo who both loved collecting. They travelled the world together, literally every continent, and they brought back treasures with them! We have genuine items from Asia to Antarctica! They were both school teachers in the Chicagoland area for decades, teaching home economics. That love for home economics is very evident from the thousands of sewing items, craft accessories, cooking items, gardening items, books and vintage 'How to be a Good Wife' manuals! Hundreds of those items, while both vintage and modern, are brand new, still in original packaging. This family loved to celebrate holidays! We have Christmas covered for you (for a decade!), also Easter and Halloween. We have the largest collection of Fontanini we've ever seen. Other collections include, Snowbunnies, Snowbabies, Dickensville, Department 56, Colonial Villages and much more. The home decor reflects their love for travel, having many items from across the globe. Oriental furniture that includes a queen headboard, dresser w/mirror, bedside tables and a tallboy. Other Oriental items include, a coffee table with chairs, pottery, brass bamboo table set, mirrors, artwork and wicker/rattan dining table, hutch, living room sofa and chairs. These ladies also dressed to the nines! We have thousands of clothing items and accessories. Vintage 60s clothing, vintage hats, name brand clothing and genuine fur coats, many new with tags. Countless scarves, belts, purses and hand bags, ties, shoes, hats, new undergarments, you name it, it's at this sale! The jewelry at this sale is simply stunning! We have a massive selection of antique- to- brand new jewelry. Necklaces, bracelets, rings, brooches, pins, watches....we have it all....from vintage bakelite to diamonds! There are so many unique items at this house for you to love and take home! We really do have everything under one roof for you; brass decor, Lladro, crystal, sterling silver, gold, figurines, lamps, rugs, chairs, blown glass, faux flowers, cleaning products, health & beauty products, office supplies, school supplies, toys, dolls, Easter baskets, cameras, vinyl records, vintage books & magazines, tools, yard decor and furniture. This 3-day event is going to be our biggest ever and a true not to be missed sale!
