This estate moving sale is in a private home just a few hundred feet from Belmont University. Street parking available on 15th Avenue South. Customers may also find additional parking on Wade Avenue or 14th Avenue South.
Following CDC guidelines, shoppers MUST WEAR A MASK, SCARF, OR BANDANA covering their mouth AND nose when shopping. SHOPPERS MUST MAINTAIN A 6-FOOT DISTANCE FROM OTHER SHOPPERS & STAFF WHILE IN THE HOME AND WHILE WAITING TO ENTER THE SALE. THANK YOU! We will only allow small groups at a time in the home to ensure your safety. No Bathroom Available. Please take care of your needs before you visit. Customers please be prepared to wrap your own purchases with our wrapping paper and plastic shopping bags that will will provide. Cash, Credit or Debit Cards accepted with a Valid I.D. No checks please. All items sold "As Is / Where Is". No Returns for any reason. All Sales are Final. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of any brand name item such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Alexander McQueen, Fendi, or others. Buyer beware.
