All items must be picked up during the listed days and times. Failure to pick up items during pick up time will result in forfeiture of items. The winning bidder will be charged full amount for items to card on file.


All items sold as is, where is, no warranty and no guarantee as to the condition.
We do our best with our photos to show condition and let you know of any flaws. Minor flaws may not always be photographed but we try.

When customer enters a bid, he enters a binding contract by the laws and statues in the state of Texas.
Texas sales tax is payable by all buyers liable to this tax. Buyers shall indemnify Attic Treasures against any claims, damages, liability as a result of any harm or injureis suffered duing the process of this sale or pick up of items.
All items are offered to the highest bidder. All sales are final and no refunds will be made.

Bidding starts closing on Tuesday March 9th beginning at 6:00 p.m. central. Pick up will be Thursday, March 11th from 10:00 till 3:00 ONLY. If you cannot pick up at this time then please do not bid. No shows on pick up day will lose their items and cards wil be charged. If you have any questions, please call 903-312-7586. At the end of the auction, you will receive an invoice. Please bring a copy of your invoice with you to save time. Also, if you are tax exempt, we will take care of that at pick up along with a 3% discount if paying with cash. Masks are required to enter our building.
