All bids are subject to approval from Auctioneer and any bid submitted may not be retracted unless good cause showing and upon approval of Auctioneer. ANY BID SUBMITTED TO THIS AUCTION BINDS THE BIDDER INTO CONTRACT AND OBLIGATION TO PAY FOR AND PICKUP SAID ITEM(S) IN ACCORDANCE TO THE RULES OF THE AUCTIONHOUSE! All items won in auction must be paid for and picked up on the specified pick up/loadout dates in Auction. Any items not paid for or picked up on the specified pick up and loadout days, the Buyer shall have their credit card on file charged and item(s) will be disposed of. Buyers who bid and win and do not pay or pick up their items shall be banned from future auctions including those buyers with declined credit cards.
Buyers who require their purchases to be shipped shall be subjected to paying immediately for their items and shipping will be charged upon the item being shipped via carrier. All shipped items shall be insured for the safety of the Buyer and Auction.
Auctioneer reserved the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and may not have to provide said reason for refusal of service based upon behavior, failure to pay or pickup items, and any other reason deemed just and proper by Auctioneer.
