Detailed Home Solutions is proud to announce our upcoming estate sale in Valley City, ND. We are going to have a great weekend for weather, so enjoy the short drive out to Valley City, and get some great deals! We have home furnishings, decor, and more! Due to COVID, and wanting to keep our customers safe, we will once again open to our Facebook followers and loyal customers this Friday by appointment only, for presale. Please contact me (Ingrid) at 701-361-5273. Bids will be accepted on items over $50 to avoid any negotiating during the sale. Pay the sticker price and the item is yours! Sunday prices will be 50% off ticketed prices, although some exclusions apply. Only bids over 50% will be considered on closing on Saturday. Sunday 12 pm items remaining will be further reduced to liquidate— EVERYTHING must go!!! Please bring help for loading large items.. ****We will not give out prices prior to the sale**** We will only be using the front door as an entrance and exit for this sale. The line should start at the front door only. Further instructions will be placed outside the front door if you plan on being an early arrival and want to have a place in line.
