BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase and will be donated to the school. PAYMENT: Cash, check or credit card at the time of load out. If you choose to pay with a credit card a 4% administration fee will be added. Any invoice that is $1000 or more must be paid by wire transfer or with cashiers check. We will send buyer wiring instructions. TITLES: A $20.00 Title fee will be charged to the buyer for any titled item. Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00m CDT at a rate of 4 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: No Shipping available on this auction. LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Monday, March 22nd from 11:00 - 1:00 PM CDT ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited.
