Andreas & Associates may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Andreas & Associates be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
2.Bidders who bid from off site understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder?s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Andreas & Associates shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Andreas & Associates will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. 3.Andreas & Associates reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Andreas & Associates also reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. 4.All items are to be paid in full prior to removal from auction site. All items are to be removed by the conclusion of the sale unless arrangement is made with the Auctioneer prior to bidding. Letters of credit or Guarantee must be for this auction only, along with proof of identity. Bidder agrees not to stop payment on checks or disallow a sight draft and is responsible for any expenses due to collection of a bad check. In the event of a bad check the Auctioneer reserves the right to repossess, at any time, at your location, the merchandise involved. As always, Your bid is a contract and will be treated as such. 5.All auction sales are conducted for cash, cashier's check, credit card (Visa or Mastercard - both of which will incur a 3% charge) or check drawn on an American Bank.
