All sales are final. Examine items carefully before purchasing! We reserve the right to check large purses or bags at the cashier station and to charge correct pricing on items which have removed, changed or altered price stickers. Cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express accepted, totals over $10 appreciated. Brie’s does not charge you fees to use debit or credit cards!
Sorry but there is no staff available to assist in moving heavy objects. Bring the tools and helpers you need to safely remove your purchases from the home and a large enough vehicle to take them away. We use an automated line manager system to determine the entry order into the home. Signup is at BRIESLINE.COM and launches at 5:00 PM Wednesday evening prior to the start of the sale and at 5:00 PM the day before each subsequent sale day. After signup, you will receive a text with a ticket confirming your position in line. When it is your turn to enter the home, we will text you using this system and you will have access to a status page which will let you know where you are in line. If calling with questions, please only call between the hours of 9:00 AM-7:00 PM as calls go to a home office. |

Sign up for a place in line at this sale at BriesLine.com! Signups launch at 5:00 PM Wednesday evening prior to the start of the sale and at 5:00 PM the day before each subsequent sale day. If you do not sign up for a virtual number ahead of time and there are people waiting to enter the home, you will need to sign up for a number on site. We will be limiting the number of people in this home to 15 at one time. NO children under 18 or pets please. There will be NO bathrooms available for use. Masks will be required, if you do not remember to bring a mask you will not be able to enter the home. There will be no masks available for free or for purchase. We ask that you observe social distancing both inside the home and outside the home while waiting to enter. We suggest that you bring hand sanitizer to use before and after your time at the home. Thank you for your cooperation! This 1,050 square foot 3-bedroom ranch home built in 1950 is small but mighty! The current owners have lived in the home since 1956. It is filled with vintage and antique gems such as furniture in a variety of styles including MCM, home decor, useful household items and much more.
